In 1947, Ms Danielle Roches introduced this quasi " magical" cream
to the cosmetic world, claiming visible growth and thickening of the
eyelashes under the name TALIKA.
TALIKA became the secret of many movie stars and other glamorous
women. Its formula, never divulgated, remains the only product for
more beautiful eyelashes.
Who should use Talika Eyelash Conditioning Cream?

Warning: we recommend the use of Talika Eyelash Lipocils to those

Use Directions
Apply directly to the base of the eyelashes to ensure that the
product penetrates to the roots.
Use twice a day (morning and evening) during the first 28 days,
then once a day.
