The Emjoi OptiMax is electrically operated with
30 tweezers
on a double active surface to stretch the skin and allow for more
hair to be removed from the root more efficiently and more quickly. The
epilation head removes hair from the root for long lasting results so
you'll be hair free for up to six weeks. It is cordless and includes a
travel pouch so you can use it anywhere.

Does the Emjoi OptiMax
hurt?
A: The first time you use the Emjoi OptiMax you might feel a prickling
sensation. This feeling is due to the fact that you are removing hair
from the root. After several uses the tweezing becomes more
comfortable.
How should I hold
the Emjoi OptiMax?
A: Hold the Emjoi OptiMax in the palm of your hand or with your
fingertips. Hold the unit so the discs are at a 90° angle with the
area you wish to remove hair from, both sets of pulling agents should
be held flat against the skin.
Can I use this
unit on my upper lip?
A : Yes. You can use the Emjoi OptiMax to remove individual hairs on
the upper lip and chin but you must hold the unit so only one
of the epilation heads is parallel with the skin. Do not
use both sets of epilation heads on the body.
Can I use the
Emjoi OptiMax on my body?
A: Yes. You can use the Emjoi OptiMax on your legs, bikini line and
underarms. Since the bikini line and underarms are sensitive areas we
recommend you to hold the surrounding skin taut to minimize
discomfort.
Why does the OptiMax
hair remover have two heads?
A: It minimizes discomfort, by stretching the skin taut, and it
removes a maximum amount of hair in a minimum amount of time. The
design of the Emjoi OptiMax head channels flat and short hair into the
tweezer discs.
Can I use the
Emjoi OptiMax without the cord?
A: Yes. The Emjoi OptiMax is a rechargeable hair remover that can be
used cordlessly when it is charged. If you do not have time to charge
your unit you can plug it in and use it with the cord.
