What type of batteries does this product
use?
A: This product uses 4 AA batteries, not included.
Since this product uses radio waves and I
wear a pace maker can I use it?
A: For all medical related questions, please consult with your
health care provider.
How do you clean this product?
A: Use the brush provided to remove hair from the coil. To remove
residue from the coil use a cotton swab that has been dipped in
rubbing alcohol, be sure it is not soaked with alcohol, and lightly
move it over the coil.
Where on my face can I use the 4 Men?
A: It can be used in and on the nose, in and on the ears and
in-between the eyebrows.
How long should I hold it on the hair for?
A: Hold the coil on the hair for 20-30 seconds.
Why should I turn off my TV?
A: Because the Emjoi 4 Men uses radio waves in its operation. We
recommend that you turn off the TV, microwave and stay off the
cordless phone because those products also operate on radio waves
and it may interfere with the operation of the 4 Men.
Helpful Tips for Extra-Effective Epilation:
- The shorter the hair, the better the results. Preferably,
hair should be no longer than 2-3 mm (1/10 inch)
- Your skin should be completely clean before treatment.
- To make skin more supple and relaxed, wash with warm water
and gently massage.
- Make sure no radio, TVs, or cordless phone are operating
during treatment since they may interfere with RF transmission.
- If a hair remains after 3-4 consecutive treatments, tweeze
it. It has been sufficiently treated. There are some hair roots
that need more treatments, particularly those that are dark and
thick, or near throat, chin, lips, thighs and bikini lines.
