Upon the completion of your order we will send you an
order confirmation by e-mail, and
another e-mail when your order is shipped (usually within 24
hours), in which a tracking number will be provided.
Orders shipped by Canada Post
Expedited Parcel, Xpresspost
Click

enter the tracking number, press submit
and you can obtain information on your order status.
Please note that
Canada Post does not have pick-up scans for expedited
parcels, only delivery confirmation. So when you track a
package on their website, you may see an error message
"No records found for this item" at the
beginning. Results will show on the tracking page once
the package arrives in your area.
Canada Post will
continue to provide pickup scans for Xpresspost.
You can also
call Canada Post at 1-888-550-6333 Monday to Friday
between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. local time to obtain
delivery information of your package.

Visit the
shipping company's home page, enter the tracking number
in the tracking box, press Track,
and
you can obtain information on your order status.
Please be noted that it may
take up to 12 hours before the shipping company updates
