Upon the completion of your order we will send you an order confirmation by e-mail, and
another e-mail when your order is shipped (usually within 24
hours), in which a tracking number will be provided.
Orders shipped by Canada Post Expedited Parcel, Xpresspost

enter the tracking number, and you can obtain information on your package's status.
You can also call Canada Post at 1-888-550-6333 Monday to Friday
between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. local time to obtain
delivery information of your package.
For orders going to US, you can also check on USPS website.
Orders shipped by FedEx, DHL, EMS, TNT or UPS
Please visit the shipping company's home page, enter the tracking number in the tracking box, press Track, and you can obtain information on your order status.

Please be noted that it may take up to 12 hours before the shipping company updates
