optimum percentage of "DMAE" which is widely known in the skin

OkuSil for Dark Circles or Under Eye Bags
Okusil could also be used for dark circles and puffiness under the
eye.

Use Directions
Apply a couple drops to finger tip. Pat lightly from the bridge
of the nose outward under the eye area and above the eye, under the
brow.
